For Scanned Pictures To Disk :

1. Seatle Film Works at http://www.filmworks.com will put pictures on disk from slides, negatives, pictures, or developed from film to pictures and disk. It comes with it's own software. 20 pictures from anything to disk for $10.00. I like this and highly recommend it for pictures on computer. The software can crop, resize, and change format of the pictures, and make albums and screen saver from albums and wallpaper from pictures. Pictures are cropped a little when scanned. 1 800 filmwork. Pictures have to be mailed in.

2. See Thrifty or Payless for pictures on disk for PC or Mac, by Konica Picture Show. $3.99 for 27 pictures at the time of developing or $7.99 for 20 negatives or pictures. Free software to view it and change to bitmap (.bmp) for wallpaper or export. You can also buy a screensaver program for $10 and a album maker for $20. Pictures are not cropped when scanned. I am trying this out and may like it better than filmworks (although filmworks has impressive software). Pictures are dropped off at store. Payless was 3 days to develop. 1-800-95-KONICA

3. See Kinko to have individual pictures scan to disk

4. USB Scanners for $50-$100.

5. Get a Digital Camera.
